Mobile DG provision

  • We have 50 DG Sets of various capacity ranging from 15KVA to 750KVA mounted over Vehicles for deployment as per customers requirement as and when required basis.
  • These Mobile Generators sets are Serviced by us and Kept ready for deployment at short notice. In monsoon we take more 100 nos DG sets on lease and make them ready for deployment on short notice.
  • We provide these DG sets mostly to Our Telecom Service providers Like Reliance Jio, Indus Towers, GTL on Demand. The Higher Capacity DG sets are deployed for event management companies, Local Individual customers for Electrification of Events like Marriage, Sports Events etc.
  • These Generators are also provided to Industrial Customers as alternative power Source.
  • We have 30 Nos Generator Sets of 10 and 20 KVA which are provided by Reliance Jio for deploy them for their Non electrified sites and for sites having prolonged power cuts. Diesel Filling in these DG Sets are done by us from Reliance Petroleum outlets.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) & CMAC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract)

We Undertake AMC and CMAC Services of Generators Sets to support for Escorts/ Mahindra/ Kirloskar/ Cummins/ TMTL Gensets of Various capacity. We Deploy Expert Teams in the geographical area and undertake Maintenance services in OEM recommended timeline and spare parts. We intimate customers about the due date of maintenance service and visit as per customer’s convenience and carry out checks and correction as per OEM check list. Maintain history of activities carried out and  failures if any. We analyse all minor and Major breakdowns and take OEM recommended action to ensure no future repetition.

We have a team of expert mechanics and Technicians who carry out Generator Breakdown Services for various customers as per their requirements. As and when we receive call our breakdown assistance Van rushes to the spot repair and restore the Genset as soon as possible. As a service provider we provide much more than to deter, detect and report. We provide not only discreet, but result oriented reliable facility in any field of Generator Services.

Major Overhauling

We Undertake MOH of various DG sets as and when they fall due or as and when and engine failure. We analyse failure reasons, recommend and ensure compliance to recommendation so not to repeat major breakdown. We use  OEM Recommended parts for these repairs.

Installation and Commissioning of Generators

We carry out Installation & commissioning and modifications of Power Generation systems of various makes like PAIKANE/Mahindra/ Kirloskar/ Cummins/TMTL etc. in capacity range between 10KVA to 2000KVA for Various Telecom and non Telecom Partners. Here on getting orders from customers we inspect the site, Calculate Load requirements, and Type of Operation requirements like Manual, Automatic, and remote. On evaluation, we suggest customers for the type of DG required and quote them for provisioning Foundation, Earthing, Cabling, etc. Then After DG is finalized we transport the DG and Do all required work till successful full load trials.

Electrical Installations

We Carry out Electrical Installation for Telecom Partners Like Reliance Jio, Indus Towers, GTL Infra etc . Here we carry out every requirements to erect Electrical Substations, Electrification of Facilities, Service cable replacements, LT transformer replacements, Installation of AC and DC Distribution Boxes, LT Pole Erections, Auto and Manual Change over Switch installations etc. Liaison with Concerned Electricity boards for Delivery and connection of Commercial and Industrial EB Connections.
